Tell me more about your compostable packages

Our seed cycle kits are sold in 100% compostable packages and contain ‘Compostable Packaging’ labeled at the bottom.

Saying something is compostable means that it breaks down within a time-frame in the ideal conditions: high humidity, high temperature and the presence of microorganisms and bacteria.

Like regular food waste, compostable products will not break down in a landfill and it’s also not the same as recyclable and shouldn’t be disposed of in the same way. Dispose of your compostable pouches using a home composting system or search for a local composting facility by you.

Our stand-up pouches meet composting standards for industrial composting environments and follow the following standards and certifications:
ASTM D6400, EN13432. The zipper is additionally certified compostable by TUV.

Also our pouches are vegan, non-GMO, and are not made with PLA. They do not contain harmful chemicals such as bisphenol (including BPA and over a dozen other derivatives), PFAS, or phthalates.

Why compostable instead of recyclable?

Unfortunately, just because something is recyclable, it doesn’t mean that it actually gets recycled. In fact, less than 10% of plastic is actually recycled. Meaning that a lot of it ends up back in landfills – or worse, in our lakes, rivers, and oceans.

Compostable packaging on the other hand, not only will break down under the right conditions but it can also be used to enrich our soil.

How long does it take to see results with seed cycling?

Our bodies are very unique and have different needs. Because of this, results will vary and can be typically seen after 3 full cycles of seed cycling.

What if I’m on the pill?

Taking hormones in the form of the pill (birth control) can affect the results obtained from seed cycling. Although seed cycling will still provide amazing nutritional support and overall health benefits.

What if I am irregular or do not menstruate?

If you’re irregular, it’s always important to seek out a trusted practitioner to get to the root cause. Having said that, stick to the average 28-day cycle routine with your seed cycling kit. The seeds used in seed cycling are designed to help support hormone balance.
For those that want to seed cycle and do not menstruate, follow the moon cycle as reference.
