When I first started Seed Cycling, I went down the rabbit hole trying to find recipes to use my Seed Cycle blends. But that was not very realistic for me. The very LAST thing I need is to add more steps and complications into my day-to-day routine. I knew that if I didn’t simplify Seed Cycling for myself, I would not stick to it long-term.
